Summary: Documentation about application AGI
Description:
I think the description shown when you type "core show application AGI"
should be adjusted to Asterisk 1.6. The description starts with

[E|Dead]AGI(command,args)

But in Asterisk 1.6 DeadAGI is deprecated and therefore should not be
mentioned here. The same goes for the following sentence: "A locally
executed AGI script will receive SIGHUP on hangup from the channel except
when using DeadAGI."
