Summary: [patch] MFC/R2 support for chan_zap
Description:
Here we go. This is my first try to give R2 support to chan_zap. I'm sure I
am missing locks and/or features here and there but I have tested it
internally with success with a considerable amount of concurrent channels
(64). That's the best I can do with the hardware I currently have (more
coming!).

PTores,

I Have this problem, but, don't have in all scenes, just with specify
boards and hardware.

My sugestion is; Disable Clock for OpenR2 ports and enable timing source
on ISDN ports, test this and report to us.

For exemple: ( 4 ports -> 2 ISDN and 2 R2 )
span=1,1,0 -> ISDN
span=2,2,0 -> ISDN
span=3,0,0 -> R2
span=4,0,0 -> R2

I sugest disable span reset on zapata.conf too. I have many servers on
customers running OpenR2 and ISDN pri today, and I have cases when i need
to disable r2 clock from Telecom and have case when i don't need this, test
your case.

If you need more help sent new message to bugs or to my email posted in
old messages.
