Summary:                    extensions.conf refers to two "exten => formats",
but the second one has been deleted from the text
Description: 
extensions.conf.sample says:

  174 ; Contexts contain several lines, one for each step of each
  175 ; extension, which can take one of two forms as listed below,
  176 ; with the first form being preferred.  One may include another

but there is only one such format:

  182 ;exten =>
someexten,{priority|label{+|-}offset}[(alias)],application(arg1,arg2,...)

The second one, which was:

;exten =>
someexten,{priority|label{+|-}offset}[(alias)],application,arg1|arg2...

has been deleted in the 1.4 to 1.6 transition.
