Summary:                    Channel opening and unregistering race
Description: 
Function zt_specchan_open can have a race condition with zt_chan_unreg
resulting in crashing of the program (Asterisk) or the whole computer
during the opening of a Zap device file.

As per kpfleming, this appears to be a (partial?) duplicate of the
associated bug. Since all the updates seem to be in the other bug, I'm
suspending this issue for now. Please someone re-open this should this
closing be done in error.
