Summary:                    Cannot add multiple trunks with same username using
version 2.0 of GUI
Description: 
The new GUI uses the "username" field to set the context names in
users.conf and extensions.conf while the old GUI used the "trunkname". 
This change was implemented because of AA50-2113.  However I believe that
this change is flawed in both theory and implementation.  See exchange in
lists.digium.com attached below...

Upon further looking into this, it is impossible to do with normal service
providers (because the layout in which we use the GUI requires 1 trunk, not
2 different trunks, there is _no_ simple solution for this)
