Summary: Asterisk-gui erases user edits in extensions.conf
for voice menus
Description:
the Voice Menu page in asterisk-gui will erase any manual edits made to the
voice menu context in extensions.conf. For example, if I set the following
manually into the context...
exten=i,1,Playback(pbx-invalid)
exten=i,n,Goto(s,2)
and later go back to the Voice Menu page in the GUI, then 1) These entries
are not shown in the GUI, only blank for "invalid". 2) If I make any change
to any field in the GUI and save the changes, then the GUI erases these two
lines.

This is a feature request, not allowed on the bug tracker.
If you would like to submit a patch, I would be happy to review/commit
it.
When will you have an "invalid" case in the GUI calling rules?
Never, if you do it the correct way and set a "catch all" extension (which
is an extension that gets called if no other rules/IVR's match, and you can
playback pbx-invalid there)
