Summary:                    [patch] named arguments for mkrelease
Description: 
Russell noticed on #asterisk-commits that it would be nice to have named
arguments for the mkrelease script now that we have so many options.
Here's a patch that does that.

mkrelease has accrued a number of arguments.  This patch makes it so the
arguments are now named.
