Summary:                    Illegal message-ids
Description: 
Mantis sends out original bug reports with malformed Message-ID headers --
like the following:

Message-ID: <465981e41373b565b422533d818138c0>

Note that there are no '@' in that -- which is required per RFC 822 and
its successors.

Just went through the mantis code and the only place that Message-ID is
defined is in the PHPMailer code which does it correctly (i.e.
<something at something>).

Could you check the e-mail you receive as a result of me adding this note
and see if it contains a valid message-id?  If not, could you attach the
headers to this bug?

As an aside, all of the mantis related e-mails in my box have valid
message-ids, so is it possibly something in your configuration?
