Man page indicates you can do dahdi_scan <span> so dahdi_scan 1 should dump
span 1 data.. dahdi_span does a full dump regardless of span definition

Fix the dahdi_scan manpage (s/dahdi_span/dahdi_scan/) and make dahdi_scan
do
what it is advertised to do.  Namely take span numbers on the command
line.
