Summary: ignoreregexpire does not work as expected
Description:
hi there,
i have an ATA device (behind NAT) registered to asterisk.
this device has a bug which makes it register every declared n + 10-30
seconds.

the result - asterisk (after registration expires) cannot direct calls to
that device (no route do destinatio, defip 0.0.0.0).

i set ignoreregexpire=yes but it makes no change to asterisk behaviour
whatsoever.
after registration expires it will not connect to last known IP of the
device.
