Summary:                    FreePBX System Recordings Permissions
Description: 
When adding a new recording through the FreePBX System Recordings screen by
recording over an extension, the saved recording is owned by apache:apache
with 640 permissions.  As a result, asterisk (running under user asterisk)
cannot read this recording for lack of permissions.

I see in /etc/group, apache is a member of group asterisk, but asterisk is
not a member of apache.
