Summary:                    Wrong CDR is posted if call files or Manager API
Originate is used
Description: 
This has changed between 1.4.21 and 1.4.22.
If we use call files and call has been answered asterisk sets DIALSTATUS
variable to ANSWER but disposition field of the CDR is NO ANSWER.

OK, then, I'm closing this, as some previous change for another bug,
perhaps, 
fixed this problem and it will be available in the next 1.4 release, and
is fixed in the current 1.4 branch (svn).

If any of you feel that the problem still remains, feel free to re-open
this bug, or file a new one.
