call is monitored using chanspy.

Additional info: I double-checked with our lab managers and they have
confirmed call recordings out-of-sync which were definitely not monitored
using chan-spy.  There are obvious similarities so relating the problems
seems appropriate.  Thanks to blitzrage and martins for catching that.
