There is a simple error of hexadecimal/decimal in wcfxo.c which cause the
driver to ignore its international settings.

As far as I remember the only thing that remains is about the leak of fxo
modes for other countries.
tzafrir proposed to use fxo_modes.h which defines fxo modes for wctdm.
If we do that way we still need to add some fields specific to wcfxo.
