Summary:                    Asteris never responce ACK for 487 Request
Terminated
Description: 
When Asteris received 487 Request Terminated,
but Asterisk never responce ACK.

[Oct 23 20:23:25] DEBUG[29206]: chan_sip.c:16243 sipsock_read: Invalid SIP
message - rejected , no callid, len 364

Attached console debug with:

Per lmadsen, we can't tell where the 487 is actually happening (looking at
the line, it looks bogus).

If you'd like to upload the log as a file, and/or upload a pcap trace of
this happening, we can reopen this.
