Inbound and outbound tracks will get out of sync by several seconds when a
call is monitored using chanspy.

Unfortunately 0012837 just got marked down because the patch doesn't fix
it. If this is the same problem, there's no patch to try that is known to
work :(. Hopefully geoffs can confirm they are the same problem, and this
can be a dupe, yet unsolved.
