Summary:                    Queue stats are no longer reset by 'reload' or
'module reload app_queue.so'
Description: 

For some time (since 2003!), it has been possible to reset the queue
statistics displayed with 'queue show' using either 'reload' or 'module
reload app_queue.so'. After upgrading from 1.4.18 to 1.4.22, neither of
these methods work.

I also think the command should only go into trunk, and the existing
functionality put back into the 1.4 branch.
