Summary:                    IE7 list closes when clicking scrollbar
Description: 
When I go to the Edit VoiceMenu dialog where I can edit my voicemenu's, I
can select the option "Background".

If you click the editbox a list appears with all available files, but when
clicking the scrollbar to scroll down, the list closes.

This does not occur in FireFox.

I uploaded an attachment screenshot.jpg.

I don't get any javascript errors whatsoever, but it's difficult to track
down without Firebug! 

I assume that the onclick handles from the selectlist closes the list in
IE when clicked on the scrollbar, and in Firefox not.
