Summary:                    Wrong CDR is posted if call files or Manager API
Originate is used
Description: 
This has changed between 1.4.21 and 1.4.22.
If we use call files and call has been answered asterisk sets DIALSTATUS
variable to ANSWER but disposition field of the CDR is NO ANSWER.

Using Asterisk 1.4.21.2 and Asterisk addons 1.4.7 the field disposition is
always set to "ANSWERED" if the call was initiated by the manager api via
"ORIGINATE". The value billsec is equal to the time you wait for the other
party to accept the call, I think.
