Summary:                    'quit' is twice in the Asterisk console history
Description: 
Hi!

Whenn connecting to the asterisk console and retrieving the history
(cursor up key) the "quit" command is twice present. This is in all
Asterisk versions since I remember and IMO it is annoying and not logical -
maybe this can be fixed.
