Summary:                    Bad quality audio when using Local channel with a
call file
Description: 
When making a call between say the echo test and a device (i.e. SIP/Zap
extension) the audio quality is bad (distorted) if the call is initiated
from a call file.

Is this a problem with l.4.22?  Also, what version of GCC are you compiling
Asterisk with?
