Summary:                    Patch diff for new dail plan application
Description: 
This patch adds a function called CALLERS_IN_QUEUE_COUNT.

It is a simple application that takes the queue name and finds out how
many
people are waiting in it. Thats all. 

Not knowing the protocol and not wanting to paste the code or diff file in

Hi

QUEUE_WAITING_COUNT my god where was this feature when I was looking for
it. Oh well no loss at least I found out how to submit code and write code
for asterisk. I guess I dont need to go any further with my code now :(

second thoughs Ill up load it and tell me what you think.
