Summary:                    IVR saved but not accesible
Description: 
When you create a IVR with the GUI, it will save it but I cannot dial it
from any extension. Even if I have IVR allowed in the dialplan.

Tried on a clean install of all latest versions:
Asterisk/1.4.22
Asterisk GUI-version : 2.0

Just to be clear, I am not using AsteriskNow but just plain installations.

I just re-installed Asterisk 1.4.22 + GUI 2.0 on a clean CentOS 5 VM. All
is working, I can call to it etc, I tried adding a voice menu, it does
appear in the extensions.conf file but when I try to call it, I still get
"Access Denied" in softphone apps.

I will upload extensions.conf and upload a debug file.
