Hi there.

I tried to apply the patch out of issue 0011196: RealTime MusicOnHold
(http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=11196) but got errors on patching and
therefore the patch isnt working.

i use asterisk version 1.4.13. 

patch oitput using wget

last stable productive version within my company and we would like to keep

running?

This patch was applied to 1.6.0 and will never be part of the 1.4 branch. 
To use this feature you will need to upgrade to 1.6.0, or perhaps someone
from the community could be contracted to produce a merged patch for you,
but the bugtracker isn't the appropriate place for this.
