Summary:                    Agents box doesn't show in Gui 2.0 using Ast-1.6
Description: 
The agents box in the 'System Status' tab doesn't show when user is
properly defined as an agent in 'Users' tab.


Upon further investigation, the user does have 'hasagent=yes' which
appears to be what chan_agent.c checks for in users.conf. Also, 'module
reload chan_agent.so' shows no errors (with 10 verbosity and debug) and
'agent show' says there are no agents configured in agents.conf.

Use 'module reload' instead of 'reload' on 1.6 and above.
That function for figuring out the platform is useful now!
