Description: 
This has changed between 1.4.21 and 1.4.22.
If we use call files and call has been answered asterisk sets DIALSTATUS
variable to ANSWER but disposition field of the CDR is NO ANSWER.

Hi! I am dealing with the same problem, but don't even get an answer time
or billsec... I'm using 1.4.22. Have been testing with .call and manager
api, getting the same behaviour.

Any idea why can that be?
