Summary:                    Agents box doesn't show in Gui 2.0 using Ast-1.6
Description: 
The agents box in the 'System Status' tab doesn't show when user is
properly defined as an agent in 'Users' tab.


Upon further investigation, the user does have 'hasagent=yes' which
appears to be what chan_agent.c checks for in users.conf. Also, 'module
reload chan_agent.so' shows no errors (with 10 verbosity and debug) and
'agent show' says there are no agents configured in agents.conf.

It doesn't appear to be anything with chan_agent as a asterisk restart
fixed the issue. However there is still the case where a user is created
with hasagent and then 'agent show' still doesn't recognize him.
