Summary:                    Some users can not have Karma assigned to them
Description: 
Sometimes when trying to give karma to certain users, I get:

Fatal error: Cannot use object of type ADORecordSet_mysql as array in
/var/www/insects.digium.com/karma_transactions.php on line 60

But other users have no problem. When I find one of those users, it seems
to always happen to them no matter how many times I try, so it's like some
column in the DB has corrupted, or incompatible data?

Wow... I did a really crappy job of explaining how to reproduce this bug.
No idea why I didn't mention a user. I'll be sure to update this bug when I
run into it again.
