Summary:                    [patch] sip peer qualified failed, asterisk lock.
Description: 
We just had asterisk lock on us tonight.  Best we can guess is because we
lost our SIP PEER (via qualify).

See output from 'show core locks'.

And, I might add, the thread calling connect(2) is clearly receiving the
signal, and also, the connect(2) is not returning, which is a violation of
the specification.  Where we go from here is troubling.
