Summary:                    [patch] sip peer qualified failed, asterisk lock.
Description: 
We just had asterisk lock on us tonight.  Best we can guess is because we
lost our SIP PEER (via qualify).

See output from 'show core locks'.

Corydon76: We decided to try and reproduce this issue with the latest trunk
(155928) [without your patch] and there does not seem to be a problem.

The issue still lies in the 1.6.0 (155815) branch.  We are unable to
cleanly apply your patch against it.

Suggestions?
