Summary: TDM400P FXO module fails to dialout if alaw=35 is
set
Description:
Our FXO module (position4) is channel 35, due to E1 card using channels
1-31.
If alaw=35 is specified in /etc/dahdi/system.conf we are unable to make
calls, all that is heard is distorted dialtone.
Works fine if alaw isn't specified.
