Summary:                    [patch] support basic caller ID for snom call pickup
Description: 
This is an extension to http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=5014, which adds
rudimentary caller ID support to
the NOTIFY messages sent to snom phones (or any phone that supports
dialog-info+xml).  Support for CID in the NOTIFY messages is limited, as
described in the changes to sip.conf.sample.

Patches for trunk, 1.4, and 1.4 which already has the patch from
http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=5014
applied.

Allow devices that accept dialog-info+xml (like snoms) to get the Caller
ID of
the calling party when subscribed to the state of an extension that is
ringing.
This has some limitations which are documented in sip.conf.sample.
