Summary:                    DIAL option 'T' still has a bad behaviour
Description: 
This is a reminder to myself and to anybody who is interested.

we fixed bugs 7904, 9565, 10198, 10897 only for 't' option. 'T' option
still has a security issues and should be fixed.

I think it is important to note that this item actually includes
http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=9565. 
Currently that is only indicated by the relationship, not by a restatement
of the relevant parts of http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=9565. (E.g. comment
87843 refers to "this
[issue]", when they actually only mean the original scope, not the scope
after the related issues were merged.)

Our actual interest in this that, because the unpark code effectively
forces Tt to be set on unparked calls, unparked calls are not eligible for
SIP re-invites, or other RTP path optimisation.

Maybe "duplicate" is the best that Mantis can do, but it doesn't really
describe the true status of http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=9565.
