Summary:                    Realtime/Rtcachefriends SIP Peer is not recognized
as a Realtime / Cached peer, leading to rtautoclear not working.
Description: 
When turning ON rtcachefriend, PEER is not recognized as a Realtime peer in
Memory. rtautoclear doesn't work.   sip prune still works but rtautoclear
doesn't.
