Summary: [patch] Proper Hebrew support for Asterisk
Description:
The current Hebrew support in Asterisk is fairly incomplete, both in terms
of recordings and in term of proper Hebrew grammar. The following will
serve as a patch upload point for myself and Ido Kanner, to upload a patch
for proper Hebrew support.

Hmmm... How about creating a file that contains the information about each
recording in hebrew, which means the actual translated text. I have that
file in Excel format, that the translator did. I can export it to a CSV
format, and people in Israel load this file into an Hebrew compatible
viewer.

What do you think? I don't believe that starting to write in English
Hebrew sentences will do good for anybody in Israel, and the same applies
for Arabic.
