Summary:                    [patch][post 1.4] Decoding / Encoding / sending
AOC-D messages ("Advice of charge")
Description: 
Patch to libpri to provide facilities for forwarding "AOC-D" (advice of
charge, during call) Q.956 messages between brigded channels. A
corresponding patch to chan_zap.c which uses those facilites to actually
bridge messages will be posted today as well.

Much of the code is copied from existing AOC-E message handling - thanks
for that.
