Summary:                    modprobe ztdummy, casues "Kernel panic - not
syncing: Fatal exception"
Description: 
Upon doing a fresh install of Zaptel 1.4.9.2 while doing 'modprobe ztdummy'
a kernel panic, see below, occurred causing the system to halt and crash. 
Upon restarting the OS, CentOS 5.1, the zaptel drivers begin to load till
it attempts to load ztdummy to cause another kernel panic.

The asterisk system is being ran from CentOS 5.1 which is ran by XenServer
4.1, similar to VMWare GSX Server.  Below is a cut of the Kernel Panic
which causes a system crash upon start.

Hardware = ML 110 G5
System OS = Citrix XenServer 4.1

Virtual OS
OS = CentOS 5.1
'uname -r' =  2.6.18-53.1.14.el5xen

Have to agree with tzafrir here.  More than likely, it has to do with Xen.
