Description: 
After an agent has dumped a caller while listening to a queue announcement
if that caller abandons, no abandon message appears in the queue_log file.

Apologies for not being more clear.

The situation happens as follows:

Caller makes a call into the queue.
Agent's phone rings.
Agent picks up and starts hearing announce file.
During playback of the announce file, the agent hangs up.
The caller is placed back into the queue.
The caller abandons before being connected to another agent.
No "abandon message" is logged.

Under the situation where the caller continues waiting and is connected to
another agent queue_log messages appear as normal.  It is only the ABANDON
message that does not ocurr when the caller hangs up before being
connected.
