Description: 
After an agent has dumped a caller while listening to a queue announcement
if that caller abandons, no abandon message appears in the queue_log file.

Could you describe the situation a bit more clearly? What is meant by
"dump?"

This is the picture I have of the situation. Correct me if I have it
wrong.

Caller makes a call into the queue.
Agent's phone rings.
Agent picks up and starts hearing announce file.
During playback of the announce file, the agent hangs up.
No "abandon message" is logged.
