Summary:                    SLA failing in 1.6rcbeta2 with repeated restarting
of the meetme conference
Description: 
SLA working with multiple extensions in 1.4;
now even with a single extension in the SLA, it repeatedly 
hangsup "-- Hungup 'Zap/pseudo-1406663645'" and then recreates
conferences
when a single call is placed into it via zap/3:

sometimes this crashes asterisk; sometimes it keeps recreating the meetme
conferences until the dialplan appropritely times out.

not sure where the issue lies, but repeated see in the logs:

[Feb 12 11:29:12] NOTICE[31595] channel.c: No/unknown event '0' on timer
for 'Zap/3-1'?

please close this issue. I believe that this was a problem due to the issue
with TDM400P cards and Zaptel 1.4.9.1 which I had upgraded to along with
Asterisk 1.6. When I read of this issue, I rolled back to zaptel 1.4.7.1
and the current issue resolved. Currently I am using the current trunk and
zaptel 1.4.7.1 to finish the development of issue ID 0011688 (patch to
allow Sipura handsets to use Asterisk SLA via implementation of Broadsoft
Sip extensions) as recommended by oej.
