Summary:                    VoicemailMain Hangs, asterisk goes to 100% cpu
Description: 
Twice in the last two days I have had a couple of channels hang at the
VoiceMailMain app. These channels cannot be destroyed using soft hangup,
and asterisk goes to 100% cpu. Asterisk has to be restarted

Please attach to the running process with gdb and do a 'thread apply all
bt' and 'thread apply all bt full'.

BTW, one typical cause of this is closing the terminal on which Asterisk
is running, and the solution is to run Asterisk under safe_asterisk.
