Summary: [patch] Taiwanese / Chinese in say.c
Description:
The saynumber sytax in say.c is not Taiwanese or Chinese usage.
The function "ast_say_number_full_tw" in say.c is the key.
And also don't forget to put two GSM sound files wan.gsm and yi.gsm in
sounds/digits/tw/ or sounds/digits/zh/. One for 10,000, and another for
1,000,000,000.

Can anyone help me to delete the patch from "Additional Information"?
Thank you for your tips, DavidW. I never found say.conf in asterisk 1.2.X
before. Now, I will try to modify say.conf directly and post it here if I
finish it.
