This patch adds initial support for secure RTP using libsrt[1]. It can
be used in for example an implementation of the sdecriptions draft[2].

I have been trying to compile LIBSRT + MINISIP 3412 + Asterisk trunk 81432
as commented before.

But i allways get on asterisk cli when trying to load res_mikey.so

I have triedn several clean compilations and always same problem

Any idea?
