Summary:                    IAX2 extension when dialed takes 15 seconds until
ring tone, handset never rings.
Description: 
I can dial both a soft IAX2 phone, and an iaxy S101i
Both lines, it takes about 15 seconds before I hear a ring tone.
The IAX2 soft phone crashes once it rings, and the iaxy S101i will
continue to provide a ring tone, but the handset never rings.
