Summary:                    Sip channel is not deleted while agent logoff with
active call.
Description: 
Scenario:

When sip peer loging off with active call sip channel is not deleted.
I tested it and it happen every time. Its the same while loging off with
active chanspy - then next logged agent can hear chanspy set by previous.
