Summary:                    Option to disable "forward to another user"
Description: 
I would like an option to disable "Option 8" which allows a user to forward
a voicemail to another user.  I am not using Asterisk as a PBX.

As I mentioned previously on your other filed feature requests, we don't
accept them here. You'll have to use other methods to find someone to code
this for you. Once you do feel free to reopen with the patch.
