Summary: [patch] Putting an ast_verbose call under a debug
condition check
Description:
There is an unconditional call to ast_verbose() in
set_address_from_contact() function in chan_sip.c. This is causing this
particular verbose output to be printed on the CLI when all the
verbose/debug flags are turned off.
