Summary:                    1.4.18.1 segfaults
Description: 
We're seeing segfaults on Asterisk 1.4.18.1.   I've swapped out the
hardware (everything except the disks) and the problem persists.

It's happening several times a day... which is making people a tad
unhappy :-(

Attached is gdb bt, bt full and thread apply all bt.

If there's anything else I can do or add please say.
