Description: 
Attached is the current production code used for Redfone's foneBRIDGE 2
platform that utilizes multiframe ztdynamic/ztd-eth packets. Makefiles et
cetera not included but could be provided if needed -- it's just a standard
module like ztd-eth.

You know what I mean, please don't take that verbatim. :)

Much of the existing Zaptel code fails many items in a static analysis,
many of which are very important since this code runs in a kernel context.
Additionally, ztd-eth/ztdynamic is ripe with problems because it's been
largely ignored.

This new driver is in a state of being committed, I would then just open
new patches to fix span unloading and reloading without hanging the box,
issues reported by static analysis, other items mentioned by Brett, etc.
