Summary: announce-frequency waits to finish the full message
before connecting
Description:
Scenario:
announce-frequency = 50
Agent/10 is on call
Agent/11 is on call
Caller http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=1 is being announced "You are caller
number 1 waiting to speak to
an agent."
Right when the announcement goes to "You are caller num..", Agent/11 gets
off the call.
In the current setup, Caller http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=1 will have to
hear the FULL announcement
before he/she gets connected to Agent 11.
Would be good to have an option where caller
http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=1 will be immediately
connected to an agent if the agent becomes free, even if the caller was
being fed the announcement.
